Hi again (again!)
I see at the end of April I had the "Girl Scouts Go Green" event at Silverbrook on our schedule. Considering how busy March is, and considering that the soccer season's going to be in full swing by then, (which affects a solid half or more of our scouts,) I'm thinking of re-imagining that event into something easier on everyone's schedules.
I'm wondering if we can turn that day's event into a more local Earth-Day themed event. I'm thinking we can do a park clean up, a reduce/reuse/or recycle based craft, and a picnic? We could do it right at Scout Lake park, or Whitnall Park, and keep it nice and close.
Would there be any objections?
Aleks
